Terms & Conditions — 4g99 Platform Agreement

References to any statute, regulation, or legal provision include any modification, re-enactment, or extension of that provision in force from time to time. Headings in this document are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

To be eligible to use the 4g99 platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age as measured from your verified date of birth.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. Determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction is your sole responsibility.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 4g99 employee or contractor involved in platform operations, game management, or payment processing.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 4g99 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual are prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4g99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team will result in account suspension pending verification.

Where 4g99 has reason to believe that a Player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, all Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in that account will be forfeited and the account closed. 4g99 will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of the platform by underage individuals who have circumvented age verification controls.

Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — across all eight divisions of Bangladesh — are welcome to register subject to meeting the eligibility criteria set out above.

To access the real-money features of 4g99, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and your preferred mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) or bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 4g99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 4g99 will close the duplicate accounts, void any pending wagers, and retain any bonuses claimed across the duplicate registrations. The Player's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 4g99 operates a KYC verification process consistent with international online gaming standards. As part of KYC, Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number).

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. Documents that are blurred, cropped, or appear to have been altered will not be accepted. 4g99 processes KYC submissions within five (5) business days under normal circumstances. Players whose accounts are under KYC review may continue to deposit and wager but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 4g99 support team immediately at [email protected]. 4g99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available through the security settings panel.

Account Information Updates: It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Where your contact details, address, or payment method change, you must update your account profile promptly. 4g99 cannot be responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

Accepted Deposit Methods: 4g99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Supported Bangladeshi Bank Transfer — BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard and are denominated in BDT. These thresholds may be updated from time to time; the current applicable limits are always the figures shown in your account at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 4g99 account balance in real time under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days to be credited, depending on inter-bank processing times. 4g99 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own network transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed by the 4g99 payments team within twenty-four (24) hours of submission under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume — including BPL finals, T20 World Cup knockout rounds, and major promotional periods — processing times may extend to forty-eight (48) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take three (3) to five (5) business days.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current Real Money Funds balance. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• There must be no active security review or fraud investigation on your account at the time of the withdrawal request.

Refused or Reversed Transactions: 4g99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Where a transaction is refused, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 4g99 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player at their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting [email protected].

4g99 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer and to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms and is expressed as a multiplier (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳5,000 bonus means the Player must wager ৳150,000 in qualifying games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue or the date of the triggering deposit, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain in a Player's account after the expiry date will be removed automatically without further notice.

Bonus Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are available to Players who:

• Have a fully verified account in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Have not previously abused bonus offers on the platform (as determined by 4g99 in its reasonable discretion).
• Are registering for the bonus for the first time — bonuses marked "new players only" or "first deposit only" cannot be claimed more than once per Player, household, or payment method.

Bonus Abuse: 4g99 has systems in place to detect patterns of wagering behaviour that are designed to exploit bonus offers rather than to engage in genuine recreational play. Such patterns include, but are not limited to, low-risk wagering strategies specifically deployed during bonus clearance periods, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and systematic exploitation of wagering-contribution differences across game types. Where bonus abuse is identified, 4g99 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending a full review.

Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the maximum amount a Player may withdraw from winnings generated by Bonus Funds is capped at five times (5×) the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

4g99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where operational, regulatory, or fraud-prevention circumstances require it. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players as promptly as circumstances allow.

All games available on the 4g99 platform — including live casino tables, slots, and virtual sports — are governed by the rules published by the respective game studio or provider. In the event of a conflict between a provider's specific game rules and these Terms, the provider's rules take precedence with respect to game mechanics, payout calculations, and outcome determination. These Terms govern the account, payment, and conduct aspects of the Player's relationship with 4g99.

Random Number Generators: All non-live-dealer games on 4g99 use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and maintained by the game providers. RNG certification is carried out by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is statistically independent of previous outcomes and is not influenced by the size of the wager, the Player's account history, or any other external factor.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games streamed on the 4g99 platform (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, and andar bahar) are operated by independent studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The physical dealing process is monitored by multiple cameras and is subject to the providers' internal quality and integrity controls. 4g99 does not have the ability to influence live dealer outcomes.

Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to the Sports Betting Rules published in the betting section of the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Odds displayed prior to confirmation are indicative and subject to change.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided in circumstances described in the Sports Betting Rules, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rule for that event type.
• 4g99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (manifest error). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Player and are displayed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

Disputed Outcomes: If a Player believes that a game outcome has been recorded or settled incorrectly, they must raise a dispute with the 4g99 support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the contested settlement. Disputes submitted after this window will not be investigated. 4g99 will review the game logs and, where applicable, seek clarification from the game provider. The decision of 4g99 following this review process is final.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including platform downtime, disconnection from a live dealer stream, or a confirmed software error — 4g99 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle fairly on the basis of available records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake will be returned to the Player's balance. 4g99 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game or service.

By using the 4g99 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from the prohibited conduct described in this section. These rules exist to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all Players.

You Must:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information at registration and throughout your account lifetime.
• Use the platform only for lawful recreational gambling purposes.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 4g99 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Cooperate fully with KYC verification requests, including providing documents within the specified timeframe.
• Gamble responsibly and make use of the deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools available on the platform if you feel your gambling is becoming unmanageable.

You Must Not:

• Register more than one account on the 4g99 platform.
• Allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or make deposits or withdrawals.
• Use any automated bot, script, or software to interact with the platform in a way that is not available to ordinary users through the standard browser or app interface.
• Attempt to exploit any software vulnerability, game malfunction, or pricing error on the platform.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other Players in live casino games, including communicating card or hand information that affects outcomes at shared tables.
• Use the platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Deposit funds using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Make threats, use abusive language, or engage in harassment toward 4g99 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the proprietary source code of the 4g99 platform or any game licensed thereon.

4g99 monitors platform activity continuously for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above. Investigations are conducted confidentially. Players whose accounts are under investigation will not necessarily be informed of the investigation until it is complete, though account access may be suspended during the review period. All decisions regarding account suspension and fund retention are subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request to close their 4g99 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC conditions are met and there are no outstanding compliance holds. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming settings panel in their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of thirty (30) days to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, 4g99 will block login access and suspend all marketing communications to the Player's registered contact details. Closure by 4g99: 4g99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Continuation of the account relationship would expose 4g99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by 4g99 for cause, Real Money Funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation concludes that the Player has not breached these Terms, Real Money Funds will be returned promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, 4g99 reserves the right to retain funds to cover any losses or costs directly attributable to the Player's conduct.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Player and 4g99 regarding account closure, fund retention, or game settlement, the Player should first contact the support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute and all relevant transaction references. 4g99 will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through this internal process, the Player may seek independent advice from a relevant consumer dispute body.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the 4g99 platform shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. 4g99 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction other than those from which it actively accepts registrations. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4g99 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
